Project Goal:
Take an old wood, screened in porch, and turn it into a weatherized space for the entire family.

Results:
The beauty of this home was maintained with a custom designed sunroom and deck. The one story free-standing addition with its vaulted ceilings maintains the original Cape Cod feel.
