Project Goal:
Turn a standard house into a custom home for a growing family.
Results:
The original two story, two bathroom building was augmented with a new front porch, a side entrance and a two story rear addition. The new master bedroom attaches to a custom master bathroom and one of the two second story patios. The cramped kitchen bloomed into a spacious custom design with island. The floating roof on the side entrance is custom engineered to meet county requirements. The new ten by thirty front porch features a true tongue in grove floor and the entire house is covered in an original metal roof. The new electric and plumbing features include a tankless hot water heater that provides energy efficiency and savings for years to come.
