Project Goal:
Homeowners wanted both bathrooms updated with the focus on the master bathroom. The master bathroom was too small and was outdated; furthermore, the adjoining powder room was not utilized properly.

The Master Bathroom
In addition to eliminating the dividing wall to enlarge the bathroom area, the bathtub was replaced with a tiled stand-up shower accompanied by a matching granite bench seat. This resulted in a contemporary bathroom that first features a Kohler Clay Conical Bell Vessels Lavatory and the Danze Parma™ Single Handle Wall Mount Lavatory Faucet. The second feature is a semi-custom shower with a granite bench. This shower was designed to work with both homeowners and provide them with “his” and “her” showerheads. Her showerhead is a Danze Handheld 6 Setting Multi-Function Personal Shower Kit attached to a 24" Slide Bar with a 72” hose, diverter & swivel. His Danze 8” Sunflower Showerhead comes with 75 easy cleaning jets and a 9” adjustable extension arm, metal ball joint for height and angle adjustment. This allowed the homeowners adequate regulation of the temperature and height of their showerheads to accommodate their needs. Furthermore, the granite bench allowed for comfort on those long shower days. This contemporary bathroom provides modern amenities with style.

We appreciate the great work you have done on all 3 projects you have handled for us. Your attention to detail and making sure we were kept informed was excellent. Until working with your team, we were not always happy in the way our Construction, Inc. projects were handled. Some of the issues we encountered:
1. Craftsman not showing up on time or even worst on some days not showing up at all and not even bothering to give us a call.
2. Poor construction techniques.
3. On large projects they were not doing a good job keeping us informed and giving us a timeline.
4. Not cleaning up after themselves.
5. When problems were encountered, not properly explaining our options.
