Problem:
Bathroom was outdated; the ceilings hung low, the floors sloped to the right (off by 2”), the washer and dryer area were not utilized properly, the shower was too small, the room and shower lacked proper lighting and was cold due to improper installation.

Solution:
Move sink to other side of room and switch the shower entrance to capture more space, which allowed for a granite-seating bench. Re-leveled floors and eliminated drop ceiling to make use of the preexisting space for additional headroom. The American Standard Town Square Collection captured the straight lines in the vertical 8”x10” tile pattern in the standup shower. Furthermore, complimenting the new Toffee Maple Cabinets that draw attention to the new washer and dryer unit, topped with a granite-folding table. The custom framed stainless glass window allows light with an air of privacy. The newly installed Bathroom Heater Fan Light Vent provides warmth to the once cold basement bathroom. All of this resulted in a sophisticated practical stylish bathroom & laundry room combo.
