Project Goal:
Upgrade the kitchen appliances and add more space for storage in the kitchen and living room area. Furthermore, create an eating area that serves as a triple function of eating area, work area and entertainment area that fits the lifestyle of the client.

Project Challenge:
In addition to the reconstruction of the condo, the two walls needed to be removed to accommodate the new kitchen design and open up the living room area for a more spacious feel.

Result:
All of the plumbing, cabinets, appliances and interior door were updated. New solid Birch wood flooring and a gleaming Sapphire Blue granite countertop were added. The result is a new beautiful kitchen and an open living space.
