Project Goal:
Take a big kitchen and transform it to utilize all the open space. Furthermore, applying “Green- Environmentally Friendly” products into the remodel.

Project Challenge:
In addition to stripping the kitchen, the 100-year-old row house floors needed to be adjusted and reframed to accommodate the new kitchen design. Further, apply “Green- Environmentally Friendly” products to meet client’s budget.

Result:
The cabinets with back u-shape base cabinets create an island area; appliances, recess lighting, Bamboo flooring, new sink with filtered faucet and a gleaming New Venetian Gold Granite countertop were installed to allow for this new rap around kitchen. The result is a new stunning functional kitchen that breaks the living room and kitchen area by creating a Breakfast Nook.
