Create a space that allows for more natural light from the 12 foot atrium’s sky lights into the small cramped kitchen. In addition, to creating a more functional space to allow for both maximizing the storage space and allowing for entertaining guest without crowding the chef’s work space.
Project Results
Opening the main atrium dividing wall that inhibited both natural light, proper workings space and shield the chef from speaking to their guest. This created a kitchen that showcased the chief talents and Bertch Legacy cabinets. The 14” Giallo Ornamental Granite over hang allows for both distances for entertainment and seating for guest. With the natural light eliminating the space, the custom shelf creates a second focal point as well as an extra location for plants. This Bertch Legacy cabinets in a Quincy Birch door and Dawn glazing presents a warm inviting element the peruse kitchen lacked.
