Can’t start when pres open button

Make sure the battery is will installed,turn on the printer with adaptor,if still problems,pls send bank the printer and batteries for Hoin Tech’s checking and maintanance

The head is dirty

Clean the head gear,make sure there is no dirty things lock the gear

Paper Jam or lack of paper

Change the paper

Fuzzy in printing

Set the printing density

Set printing as high deinsity printing according to specification

Printer head is dirty

Clean printer core heating head with anhydrous alcohol

Blank in printing

Wrong install for paper

Make sure the paper install is no problem,if still blank pls send printer back for Hoin Tech’s checking and maintanance

Charge unusual

Can’t charge

Battery or charger isn’t original one

Pls use Hoin Tech’s battery and charge

Lower voltage for adaptor

Pls check if the voltage is 100-240V

Battery contact point no good

Use the eraser to clean contact point then install

Battery stocked too long

Contact with Hoin Tech and get new batteries

Communication usual

Bluetooth can’t connect

Bluetooth match code wrong

Get the right match code according to specification

The distance between printer and Bluetooth device is too long

Pls use the Bluetooth printer in the right distance

USB Can’t use

Make sure the printer has USB function

Print the self-checking page,make sure the printer support USB printing

Serial port can’t use

Make sure the baud rate consistent

Print the self-checking page,make sure the baud rate is same as tested
